When your stomach begins to grow you may feel uncomfortable and maybe even sore, especially in our lower back area. This is common in most pregnant women and can be tiring as well as annoying. This is why at ebaymaternity.co.uk, we sell maternity belts and girdles to prevent back ache during pregnancy. These belts usually fit under your bump and around your waist to lift and support the baby. Your special, precious baby is undoubtedly cute, but he or she is very heavy, especially when you cannot put it down.
For the last trimester, the belt would be a wonderful item to have and wear everyday. It will not only stop your back pain, but it will also help to lessen the amounts of stretch marks that will suddenly appear. There are also certain types of belts that fit around the top of your belly as well as the side to give you even better support. These can be vital for a woman carrying twins or triplets, as the skin and ligaments will stretch to a larger extent. The pain that you are feeling when you are pregnant is the baby pushing on various organs and muscles in your body. Gravity plays its part in this, and soon the extra 2 or 3 kilograms that you are carrying around feels like 10.
By choosing one of the maternity support belts on ebaymaterntiy.co.uk, you will also be helping your body to heal after you give birth. You will have placed less strain on the joints and ligaments in your legs and feet and you will recover much quicker. If you want to get your flat stomach back after giving birth, we also stock a girdle belt which you should wear for a few weeks after you give birth. This will make the stretched skin and muscle fall back into place and sit where it always was sitting. It can be hard to lose the pregnancy weight though due to the large amounts of tissue around the stomach area. A belt worn during your pregnancy will also help in this department as the stomach has not been pushed to such as extent that it cannot recover.

If giving birth to a baby seems scary and sore, then imagine giving birth to two babies, at the same time. Twins are an amazing phenomenon of life and the bond that they have with each other in the womb fascinated scientists and doctors all over the world. It has been shown that babies in the womb form attachments and when twins are placed in the same cot together they are much happier and healthier. If a twin is struggling for any reason, the condition has been shown to improve greatly by the presence and touch of the other twin.
If you are expecting twins then we, at ebaymeternity.co.uk, have the best outfits, strollers, baby shower products, and congratulations packages for you. To well prepare for twins you may want to consider getting a relative to stay with you for a while to help out with the feeding and changing arrangements. If your husband is a busy working man, he will benefit from the sleep he can get and you will also have peace of mind, knowing that when he is not there you have someone there who can help you. With twins, you may be able to breast feed only for a few weeks or month. It may become too much for you and you could lose your milk. You will also be totally exhausted from feeding two babies all day and night. A bottle of formula will allow you to get more rest. What you can do if you feel you want to give your baby the benefits of breast milk for as long as possible, you can alternate between formula and breast milk.
One of the items that we sell to help out moms who are breastfeeding is the nursing bra. While this piece if clothing does not seem that important, it will be the most well used item in your closet. In fact, you should get a few of them, especially if you have twins. You will be feeding more than a mom with one baby would, and this could lead to potential accidents and leaks. When your baby cries or it is time for them to eat, your breasts start to fill up with milk. If this milk is not drunk or drained away with a machine, it will leak. At ebaymaternity.co.uk you will find a large stock of feeding bras in all different colors and styles. There are even sexy styles to choose from, for when you are going out somewhere. With these basic items in place you can enjoy your babies without any hassles and worries. |

Much of how to dress your baby when you take him or her outside for the first time will have to do with the weather. Of course you want this outfit to be special because it will mark the day you leave the hospital and head home to be on your own with the new member of the family. Even though the outfit is special, the blankets you use should also be pretty, because this is what you will most likely see. If you are giving birth in winter, the baby should have about 5 layers of clothing and blankets on. This seems a bit over the top, but you must remember that your baby cannot produce his own body temperature just yet. Obviously you do not want to overheat him or her either, so the golden rule is that you should put on as many layers as you are wearing plus two. If it is summer, your baby can still be cold, so a lightweight blanket will do, otherwise a summer weight baby grow should be fine. We stock these items at ebaymaternity.co.uk and there are special custom made growers that you might find adorable to put your baby in for his or her first day out pics.
One thing that you should also not forget is to cover your newborn baby's head if it is cold. The head is where babies lose most of their body heat. The opposite can apply for summer, but you should take care and keep one handy, just in case. Yes, this is the time in your life, when you start carrying your entire baby's wardrobe around with you, just in case. It can happen anywhere that you might need a change of clothes, new diapers, wipes and towelling nappies, so be prepared.
For your first day outside, it can be overwhelming for the baby. He or she will have just gotten used to hospital noises and routines and now you are putting them in cars, traffic, and all sorts of strange sounds. They can be very unpredictable, so for the journey home, stock up with a change of clothes, diapers, creams, hats, jackets, booties or socks, mittens, extra blankets, and of course milk, if your baby is not breastfeeding. Keep water handy at all time and take more milk than you think you will need. The car journey can make a baby hungry. To calm them for the trip, keep a pacifier with you and maybe for the first car ride, sit with your baby at the back.
